How far in advance should I make a reservation?
You can make your reservation up to 90 days in advance, through our website: www.frenessi.co or through our number: +57 311 416 5534.
Will Frenessí contact me when I make a reservation?
At the time of booking, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. If you do not receive this email, please contact the reservations department at our number: +57 311 416 5534.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Cancellation or modification of reservations must be made by the registered person via WhatsApp at +57 311 416 5534.
In the case of refunds in foreign currency or to international accounts, the associated interbank charges will be borne by the diner if he or she decides to cancel his or her reservation.
The return rates are as follows:

Cancellations made 30 calendar days prior to booking will result in a 100% refund of the deposit. Also, reservations cancelled within a period of 24 hours after making the reservation.

Cancellations made 15 days prior to booking will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.

The Frenessí experience lasts 3 hours. From Tuesday to Saturday the first show will be at 12:45pm and in the evening at 7:45pm. On Sundays, we have a single show at 12:45pm.
